「スイート３部屋のみの施設ですが、ベネチアンハーバーに近い旧市街に位置し、駐車場もあるということでここを選びましたが、大正解でした。部屋（ロクサーヌ）には写真のとおりバスタブがついており、熱いお湯が勢いよく出てきたので、ゆったりとくつろぐことができました。また、部屋には金庫、冷蔵庫（無料のミネラルウォーターが入っている）、スリッパ、バスローブなど必要なものはひととおり揃っています。 アレクサンドラさんには到着から出発まで本当にお世話になったうえ、お土産にオレンジまでいただき、本当に感謝しています。」

「George was a fantastic host. Attentive to my needs and always available by phone. The room was updated beautifully with a great shower. It was also very clean and comfortable. As far as location the hotel is next to cafes, restaurants, shopping and the harbor and yet very quiet. I would definitely stay again.」

「Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated...

「We loved our stay at Riviera Suites. It was like new and very clean and impeccably finished. Also super convenient to everything in the harbor. The view of the Harbor was amazing. Not a complaint, but you do need to carry your luggage up the stairs as there isn’t an elevator, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall a fantastic experience. 」

The hosts are incredibly accommodating, all questions about restaurants, beaches and transportation were answered straight away, regardless of the time of day or night. Highly recommend staying here. 「Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. I also needed laundry and George helped make it happen while we were out enjoying Crete! Important to note that the apartments...
