駐車場が地下でしたが、ホテル入り口で荷物を先に下ろす等の案内はありませんでした。格式有るホテルのようでしたが・・・温かさはもう少しほしかったかな？　お部屋は禁煙室が取れなかったので、とてもタバコ臭かったです。消臭スプレーがあったらうれしかったです。トイレの便座がずれやすく不安定でした。ねじが緩んでた？
