「冷房設備がなく扇風機のみで寝苦しかった」

「Check-in was OK. It took a while. Front desk didn’t really acknowledge us. The beds are worn , sink in and not very comfortable. The sheets weren’t very soft. We found the hotel quite noisy, especially with a big group of tourists leaving at 5 AM.」

「We showed up to the hotel at 8pm and they said they were closed because the electricity was out. There are no other hotels and they could not recommend anything other than go to Banff and see what you can find. They would even let us into the hotel to sleep. We were traveling from over 1000 miles away and we said we just want to sleep the night and do not require anything other than a bed. Their desk person said they emails us, but we wewre ravelling and did not get the email. My husband...

「We loved the location as we could easily walk to the downtown area and browse the shops. Also easy walking to many restaurants.」

「Room was cozy and updated. Exceptionally clean. Would stay again.」

「Rooms have been partially updates, were clean and comfortable and quiet. We stayed in the second floor. No elevator so keep that in mind. A second toaster would be great for the breakfast as toasting held up the line and never any knives stocked when we were there. Overall a fine stay for a a few nights with my family」

「客室は清潔で、使いやすかったです。スキーバックを3人分入れても十分に過ごせました。 フロントの女性は、私たちのつたない英語でも理解してアドバイスをしてくださったり、タクシー予約に協力してもらったりしました。 部屋の洗面台のシンクは少し使いにくい部分もありましたが、飲料として使うのは、フロント近くに設置されているウォーターサーバー？を使いました。 お湯も、フロントにお願いしてもらったりもしました。 朝食のビュッフェは卵と食パン、シリアルだけのシンプルなものなので、果物などを食べたい人は持ち込むといいと思います。」
