「Not really sure how this place got such high reviews when I looked at it originally. It was generally an ‘ok’ place to lay your head for the night. You know it’s going to be loud when free earplugs are placed on the night stand, while it’s a nice touch, it would’ve been nice to know this ahead of booking. The hotel is older & in need of some renovations, the bed had a bit of a sag in the middle but the room was clean. Not sure I’d call it an 8.5…maybe a 5.5. Staff was very friendly!」

「We came on a road trip from Kelowna —> Jasper —> Banff and this was our final stop before returning to Kelowna for our flight home. The staff was fantastic, helped with setting up our TV as we were having some issues, along with allowing me to have a partial breakfast WELL before the allotted time for continental. The room itself was cozy, well setup and very clean. My only gripe was that the hallway seemed a little dirty and the heater at our feet seemed unmaintained」
