"The onsen is extensive with 5 different types of mineral baths. A tourist destination for Japanese families and others. Jigokudani (Hell Valley) is right next to the hotel and interesting to explore. It was pouring throughout our stay so only explored the onsen area of town."

"The hotel is adequate. Our room was spacious enough to make our 5 nights stay comfortable. Its biggest plus is access to the grand baths across the road. On-site bakery is great. There is no reception as such, staff from bakery multi task. The main issue was Wi-Fi or lack of it on the 6th floor."
