The room was very very clean and alit of space, the staff are so sweet and so very helpful....They love there jobs and happy making all the kids happy. The pool was great kids loved everything about our trip and had a great time.

Staff not prepared for fire alarm. Went off there and everyone was running around, no direction for guests. Mixed messages, only 1-7 floor had evacuation order. Asked cleaning lady where stairs are and she couldn’t speak English. Then elevators out most of day. Front desk doesn’t tell you need to ...
