"The location for our stay was very good. This is not a hotel, it is a private residence with the feel of a house rental, owner was over the top accommodating, speaking English and Japanese + other languages, this property is a work in progress as the owner is making many improvements, right now the property is very basic in terms of amenities, mattress' very very stiff, and bedding was clean but dated, our unit had a washer and dryer all in one unit, no ironing board and a useless iron, lighting...

"I thought the room was laid out smartly, even though it was pretty small. Would have been less so for two people, but we squeezed in our adult son. The hotel was pleasant, attached to a JR station and mall. There were some steps up to entry, but we managed. There was a nice coffee machine in the lobby with seating that I appreciated. Breakfast coupons were for a pleasant bakery located in the train station. The station mall had a variety of interesting places to eat. I would consider this hotel chain again, as the price was reasonable for Tokyo suburb and I liked the hotel. Have learned that being close to train station is a major benefit."
