"Location, property, staff all genuinely excellent. I mean all staff are excellent - front desk, cleaning, restaurant, security, gardening staff, pool staff all working very hard in the heat to make your stay enjoyable. I am an old fashioned person, but I think the pajamas uniform are a nice touch šŸ˜Š The restaurant staff and chef are also excellent but perhaps a little update on the menu is possible? That's really not a criticism, I just think it would make the hotel perfect- and I do set very high standards and am very fussy. However, the price that the Ozo maintains for food and beverage makes this completely acceptable.Thank you everyone , I'm definitely coming back - with friends!. Kop Khun mak kon tee rakšŸ™"
