The Suite was nice and in the ninth floor. Very komfortable, good AC Had a bath with bathtub a walk in shower and a bidet. The personel was nice and respectfull

Staff are very friendly. We request for seaview so they did upgrade the room for seaview which was very nice big room like one bedroom apartment. Breakfast is very nice more option to choose. Good location can access to anywhere.

I booked a double room that explicitly advertised a bathtub, expecting a comfortable stay, but the actual experience was disappointing.The hotel consists of two buildings: Wing 1 and Wing 2. I was assigned to Wing 2. While the initial room was spacious and had a bathtub, it reeked so strongly of cigarette smoke that it gave me a severe headache. When I requested a room change, the front desk told me the only available option left was a twin room without a bathtub. I had no choice but to accept the downgrade just to escape the smoke. I honestly feel cheated because I did not receive the room type and amenities that I had already paid for. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were unhelpful and completely expressionless. Also, Wing 2 only has a small, viewless pool on the 2nd floor, while Wing 1 gets a nice rooftop pool. It feels like Wing 2 guests are treated as second-class .The only good part was the breakfast. The food selection was varied, served hot, and tasted quite good. Additionally, the restaurant staff provided relatively good service and were much more welcoming. Overall, due to the terrible room condition, the forced downgrade, and the poor front desk service, if you have to pay the full price, I do not recommend staying here.

今回、ゴルフでシラチャに来ました。朝6時にホテル発でしたが、朝食が5時半からでしたので、十分に朝食を食べることが出来たので非常に満足しました。朝食も日本人好みの品揃えでした。
