Todo el personal es realmente amable!! Sales de ahí realmente consentido!! Queriendo volver siempre!! El buffet de la mañana está increíble!! Súper completo y muy rico!! No es para gran fiesta. Title says ADULTS ONLY but that’s only during high season. The place was crawling with kids. They don’t make it well known that it’s only for a short duration that it’s adults only so we got duped. Staff were rude, the room was miles from anything which sucked in the heat. The pool near our room constantly felt hotter than a spa so wasn’t refreshing. The pool near the beach was freezing and the wind was so bad it sprayed water in the your face constantly. Food was average and super expensive. Not impressed

Great, but hygiene issues spoiled the stay

The hotel overall has a lot of potential but fell short in some key areas during our stay. Pros: The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, which made certain aspects of our stay pleasant. The overall ambiance of the hotel is nice, and the location is convenient. Cons: Unfortunately, the rear garden with the pool had a very unpleasant smell (sewage), making the pool area unusable. (Waste of money to upgrade to room with private pool). The hot tub was not very clean, which was disappointing. I got sick after eating dim sum at the hotel breakfast, which raises concerns about food safety. While the staff’s kindness was appreciated, the cleanliness and hygiene issues made it hard to fully enjoy our stay.

Hôtel sympathique avec une belle vue sur la mer. Notre chambre avec piscine privée était sympa. Le seul point négatif du séjour reste le service de chambre, les toilettes ont été bouchés quasiment 3 jours de suite, le personnel est intervenu quand fin de journée à chaque fois. Compliqué la gestion de la journée sans toilette dans la chambre. Le nettoyage de la chambre se fait courant l’après-midi.. hôtel sympa rapport qualité prix à revoir.

Gutes Hotel auf Lanta

Hotelanlage sehr weitläufig und schön angelegt. Ich würde sagen etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber relativ guter Standard für Koh Lanta. Manager sehr nett und Begrüßung persönlich wenn möglich. Steht auch jeden Tag da und frägt die Gäste ab ob alles okay ist und unterhält sich gern. Private Pool Villas nicht direkt am Strand aber das wird auch angegeben. Die Bäder davon sind Outsidebäder. Teils natürlich nicht jedermanns Sache. Pool direkt am Strand und schöner Blick. Hotel kann empfohlen werden.

Dejligt ophold, kan klart anbefales.

Vi var mor og datter afsted 5 dage på Twin Lotus. Allerede ved ankomst blev vi taget godt imod med golfvogn klar til at fragte os og bagage. Nem og hurtig check in, vi kunne have bagagen stående indtil værelset var klar, da vi ankom tidligt. Meget flotte og store værelser, vi boede i en Garden Villa med to Twin beds på 1.sal med stor altan. Stort badeværelse, flot holdt og rengjort, med alle de nødvendige småting, tandbørste, skraber, sæbe, vatpinde osv. Minibar hvor der var gratis vand, man fik 4 flasker om dagen. Udendørs områder var flotte og velholdte, der var altid en ansat i gang et sted. Dejligt poolområde, måske lidt få solvogne, men der var ingen dage, hvor det ikke var muligt at få en, dog ikke altid med parasol. Morgenmaden var super lækker, og med et stort og flot siddeområde. Alting var friskt og afdækket, da det var et åbent område. Også her var der rigeligt med ansatte til at sørge for tingene. Alle rigtigt søde. Overordnet set er det et meget flot hotel og et dejligt ophold, som vi klart vil anbefale. Hvis vi skulle påpege nogle steder, hvor der kunne forbedres på, så ville det være servicen ved pool/strand restauranten. De ansatte var super søde, men ikke lige frem de hurtigste. Vi oplevede flere gange, at der gik lang tid med betjening, drikkevarer, afrydning eller andet. Hotellet er dejligt rent, og der er affaldssortering, hvilket vi ser meget positivt på. Dog kunne der forbedres på tømning af skraldespande, da de nogle dage var overfyldte en hel dag.

This was an amazing experience and a wonderful peaceful resort. From the moment we checked in until check out. We were there for our 20th anniversary and they upgraded us to an amazing private villa with our own private plunge pool and bathroom all outside. I can’t think of anything that was terrible. Hyvä ja rauhallinen resortti kohtuu lähellä muutakin tekemistä. Siisti ja vehreä kokonaisuus. Henkilökunta avuliaita ja ystävällisiä. Huone oli tilava ja toimiva. Aamupala oli runsas ja monipuolinen. Alueen koon huomion ottaen, voit varautua kävelyyn, toki huoneiston sijainti vaikuttaa siihen myös, Illallisravintola kokemukset jäivät meillä yhteen kertaan koska ainakaan meidän valinnat eivät osuneet kohdalleen. Uima-allas toimiva ja tilaa löytyi joka kerta kun sinne pyrittiin. Kun haluaa rauhallista ympäristöä, niin tämä on hyvä vaihtoehto. Voisimme tulla uudestaankin, jos matka joskus tänne suuntautuu.

Quiet, good location, great staff

Wonderful people and a lovely hotel. Everything was nice a quiet for the whole trip and the location right next to the beach was brilliant. Breakfast in the morning was great, but otherwise food was just okay - definitely recommend checking out the local places for dinner instead! Rooms were small for the price (we had the Garden Villa) but functional and clean. I used the laundry service whilst we were there which was quick and reasonably priced. You could likely get it cheaper by going to one of the local places (where you pay per kg) but it was nice to have it delivered to the room. We organised a transfer through them from Krabi Airport which was well worth the price as it’s a long drive (~2 hours). We also used the hotel to help organise a hire car to drive and see the island which was seamless. We would definitely return if visit Krabi again!

Dejligt ophold i god premium beachfront villa

God beliggenhed og meget venligt personale. Der manglede lidt lys i boligen og aircon-anlægget larmede lige lovligt meget (var til gengæld stort og effektivt). Alt andet fungerede perfekt! God morgenmad.
