Great stay at good rates

Finding a decent hotel at Ko Phi Phi was difficult but luckily we managed to book this a day before arrival. Very pleased, location is literally just off the pier but still quiet and nice. Very good for the price.

Dated but comfortable hotel.

Hotel is very dated but our room was comfortable, sea view, breakfast was ok, good nights sleep, excellent location in the centre of town & close to pier. Has to ask for room to be serviced, good for short stay.

Hotel was great value, in a good spot and pool and daily breakfast were also ok. The view from our window and balcony was sensational. The hotel is a bit dated and walking the stairs was a minor annoyance but overall happy with this hotel. The staff were also really friendly.

Stayed here for a 2nd time, as always great hotel, had all of the amenities that i needed like a fridge/tea making facilities in the room. Security guards were very helpful when i had an electric issue during the night. would recommend and i will be staying again

located very close to ferry pier which is convient. upper floors have good view of the bays. unfortunately there is not an elevator. upper floor access is a small climb. good breakfast buffet provided

Extra Special Service

The hotel was central to all we wanted to do. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety of items that were tasty. We were especially pleased with the service we received from everyone. We even had people from the hotel walk with us to a nearby place to help schedule a day trip. They all went above and beyond to make our stay nice.

Great hotel

Well first of all, so greatful for the pool! The ocean was not the bes for swimming on both sides.. i stayed here to take a dive course. Hotel staff is great. No elevator so be prepared for stairs. They help with luggage. Buffet was alright. Right in the center if town so its very convenient to go out and explore.

We appreciated that it was close to the pier and was far enough away that the noise level was very minimal if at all. The staff who picked us up at the pier and helped with bags were incredible and so lovely. Very kind. One issue is that it didnt have an elevator (that we could see or use anyway and we had one guest in our group that would have benefited from it) and thus, I dont think its accessible.
