"Great apartment — clean, roomy and well-appointed. King sized bed was comfortable. Perfect location — within walking distance to Market Square, several excellent restaurants, bars and multiple breweries. Host was very responsive, and provided great restaurant recommendations. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend, and would love to stay here again during our next trip to Knoxville!"

"My daughter and I came to Knoxville for UT Admit Day and this property completely fit everything we needed! The beds are so comfortable, everything was so clean and inviting. It is close to the downtown Market Square area but tucked away right off campus in a quiet neighborhood. My daughter asked to book again for her orientation this summer and when we move her into her dorm. We will definitely be choosing this property again!!!!!"

"The property was as advertised. Two bedrooms with queen beds and three one bathroom. The overall price not was very clean. There was some me maintenance issue with the ceiling fan controls in one of the bedrooms that restricted the use of the ceiling fan to n that room. The parking was so inconvenient n Saturated evening due to nonresidents using the lot. Our overall stay was nice and would recommend this unit for anyone that is looked by to stay near downtown Knoxville."

"This is a great small apartment near UT with access to the Greenway for walking and biking. The building itself is older but the condo has been redone and was clean and bright. Bev was quick to respond to a few things we needed. We enjoyed our stay."
