"The location can’t be beat - 1min walk to a path leading to the beach for morning swims. Just a few minutes walk to the chain ferry. A lovely outlook with pine trees and sea glimpses. Spacious, light and comfortable. Just a few things like lack of hand soap in bathrooms, balcony and balcony furniture that we needed to clean before using and lack of homely/useful touches like teabags, local maps/books etc made me take off a star. Otherwise we a lovely stay, thank you!"

"Overall our stay was excellent right in the middle of a heatwave. Only niggle was slow water trickle and no hot water to hand basin in bathroom but put up with it as we were only there for 3 nights.Be aware double bed mattress is very soft!"

"Great location, very nice house with plenty of space for our extended family of 7. Nice outdoor space and gardens. We enjoyed breakfasts on the patio. Very close to beach and walking distance to town for shops. We had some minor issues with a leaking water tank but our host Julia was easy to communicate with. Problem was quickly resolved with minor inconvenience to us. We would definitely stay again!"

"Villa Sofia is a wonderful place to stay. Donna is a fantastic host. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen is so well stocked, the house is immaculate and the robes were such a luxurious and unexpected addition.Being able to sit on the terrace and watch my daughter laugh and play on the swings, whilst the sun going down, was really special. We had such a memorable time at Villa Sofia and I would thoroughly recommend it."
