The Spa pools were cold and hot tub and outside pool closed without notice or explanation so no facilities Room was miles away from reception upstairs with no lift would be difficult for older guests which seem to predominate

We booked a deluxe room and expected a full sea view and balcony but we’re put in a side room. Breakfast was fine but choice at dinner was quite poor

For £250 a night go elsewhere
Felt like a scene from cocoon. The female receptionist was curt to the point of rudeness. Walls in bedroom paper thin, so neighbour disagreements and crying children kept me up. The room was just an enlarged premier inn room, no style very plain and view was over the car park.
