"We arrived incredibly late/early. Knowing we’d be late, we called to ensure someone would be there. They assured us there would be no issue. We arrived to find our reserved room, with a king sized bed, had been given away to a walk-in with no reservation. They offered a room with a smaller bed (difficult for my 6’3” husband). The mattress was horrible and the sink would not drain. The manager provided us a new room for our 2nd night, with the correct bed. If we’d received this room the first night, we may have considered this stay a success. However, with the first night’s fiasco, along with the lack-luster breakfast options (no eggs or meats of any kind), it was just an ok stay at best. While it did not ruin our trip, we would not likely stay again."

"I checked into this hotel at 34 weeks pregnant, hoping for a quiet weekend getaway, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. From around 8 PM onward, there was nonstop noise, including loud music, banging on doors, thumping, and people screaming in the hallways. I kept waiting for things to settle down after 10 PM, but it never did. To make matters worse, the toilet in my room wasn’t working. It was completely clogged and wouldn’t flush. By 11 PM, I had no choice but to check out. When I informed the front desk about everything, the response I received was just a casual “sorry about that,” with no real effort to resolve the situation. I reached out to Expedia the very next day, and they assured me multiple times that I would receive a refund or at least an update within 24 hours. It has now been over 72 hours, and I have heard absolutely nothing from either the hotel or Expedia. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially given my condition, and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend staying here."

"clean room. location is a bit funky to get in and out of but nice hotel. gym off lobby is decent. a bottle of complimentary water would have been nice."

"The made me pay extra for a different room then the one I booked because their cleaning staff didn’t get to it at time. Mind you I checked in at like 10:45 at night. You had all day. Then the sink was literally coming off the wall it felt unsafe to use. The toilet was uneven. The shower, the tub spout almost came off. And the bed was horrible I felt every spring. Then when I left I realized I maybe forgot something. Call them, do you think they answered? Nope. 3 of the phone numbers listed for them didn’t even work"
