"Nicely located, clean and comfortable. Has a decent gym. The only downside is that breakfast buffet is not included. I understand that Klagenfurt is an expensive town, but breakfast should really be included with the high room rate they charge. "

"Hotel lacked any atmosphere. We could see that some efforts have been made to update the hotel facilities. We stayed in much nicer hotels during our time in Austria."

"Location off-centre, convenient for the University, Minimundus and Wörthersee. The access to the city centre is not too complicated, takes about 15-20min by local bus though a bit of being organised helps as the local buses only run every 30min. The room was rather basic, felt mostly like an upgraded dorm, although it was clean and bathroom was in a good shape. Staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast good with both hot and cold options."

"breakfast was quite nice but there wasn't much fresh fruit. I wasn't given the wifi code when I arrived and there was noone on reception in the evening to ask. When I did get it the signal was very weak and not worth having. "

"Great location near the train station. Ample parking if you need to park a car. Housekeeping kept the room clean daily. Bed was too soft, not good for my back. Aircon didn’t work properly when I was there."
