"If you are a tourist, this place is only accessible by taxi. If you want to take the bus, make sure you do not have luggage as the city busses are very small. The onsen is really the highlight of the place. "

Pillow felt like I rested my head on a backpack full of books although I think they advertised that you could ask for different pillows. Window shade did not do a good job of blocking out light from train station. Room was clean. Overall I thought it was overpriced compared to what I paid for other hotels in Japan."
