"Well equipped apartment, perfect for meals when you don't feel like going out. Location is great with bus stops just outside (also ski bus pick up and drop off). City centre is a short walk down or a bit of a longer back up. The on site restaurant had great range of food commiserate to standard hotel restaurants."

"First, the staff is amazing - every person we came across in our 7 day stay was friendly, helpful and downright cheerful. The front desk staff at checkin and out were great. We made a lot of friends at ThreeSixty, the restaurant and bar where everyone was so helpful with suggestions and ideas for what we could do - Thanks Martin, Izzy, Josefina, Hannah, and our friends from Mexico - you guys are the best! Second, the location is absolutely unbeatable. There are 30 restaurants within a 5 minute walk, as are all the lakefront amenities, great shopping, great everything. The Gondola was a 10 minute walk... it really couldn't be more convenient if you plan to do any exploring. The room was fine, the bed was comfortable and waking up the the lakeviews was spectacular. Even got to use the small gym a couple of times. This was our first trip to NZ and Queenstown, but we will definitely be back."
