"Had a pleasant stay at the hotel in Kingman, AZ. The only drawback was due to a water main break that the city was trying to fix, the water service was on and off throughout our overnight stay, and went out completely the morning of our departure. Again, none of this is the hotel's fault, but it did affect the overall stay."

"Well I would start with Katrina the General Manager, she was the best anyone could ever ask for, and her Assistant General Manager Becki these ladies make a awesome team, took care of everything we needed, breakfast was great, rooms were very nice and clean, awesome shower, comfortable bed, microwave, small fridge, lots of parking, highly recommended, we would definitely stay there again"

"As soon as we walked into the room we could tell how dirty it was. The comforter and bedding was so dirty and stained which made us realize they had not even changed them. They just made up the bed with the previous bedding. Then it took forever to get new bedding. Also the towels were all stained and very dingy! The house keeper was nice though. The smell of weed was SO strong outside. The walls are so thin and people were so loud outside the room. It did not feel like a safe area! It’s very...

"This is not the standard of most Holiday Inn hotels. Please do not come here expecting normal holiday inn quality. The hotel was not very clean, with dirt and trash littered up the hallways. The room was in disrepair with peeling couches etc. two of my children and I woke up with bug bites that seem to meet the characteristic bed bug description (and we have not been outside) and are trying to determine if it was actually bed bugs- which is very concerning. Will not stay here again."
