"We couldn’t have asked for more! The house was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, build a fire, roast marshmallows, and shower. The corn hole boards entertained my 3 boys ages 10, 10, and 11 for hours. The views from the backyard were breathtaking. Rebecca the host was wonderful and very responsive. We drove to the grand canyon west has had an incredible day pass where kids got in free and it even included food and souvenir discounts. The next day we kayaked the Colorado river, and saw the Emerald cave. It was a very nice change of pace after spending a few days on the Las Vegas strip. "

"The cabins were very rustic and clean. The cowboys were especially kind and cordial with the children at the petting zoo bringing out food and brushes for the animals. The cowboys did a great job with the s’mores starting the fire and putting out the treats for the kids. The only negative was that the beds were very squeaky. "

"We stayed at this property because it was a historic property dating back to the days when Route 66 was booming. It was clean, and had the basics as far as coffee in the room, soap, etc. As we were there in February (and it was cold in the evening) we used the heater, and it did work to keep the room warm, but we had to set it up very high and it turned on and off all night. The bottom line is that the idea was to get a taste of the past, and it fulfilled that requirement."
