"David setup us in employee’s tower (north) nice room but the sheets had a lot of stains like period stains and hair. There was also a a lot of hair in the bathtub. So when we went back to David he hurried up and put us on the first floor in the handicap tower (central). The room was nice except for the dried up food in between the bed and dresser , the tub had a dirty looking stain. First night we woke up with our back was hurting, come to find out they didn’t put the cushion topper on top of the mattress. When we got one the second night we slept better but was woken up at 3am to noise above us, someone was pacing hard and older people in the hallway talking loud. I guess David punished us for complaining. Thanks David for ruining my birthday weekend. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Rio del Sol Inn in Needles, California! From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They truly made us feel comfortable and taken care of during our entire visit. We stayed in the family suite, and it was absolutely amazing. The space was perfect for our group, very clean, and thoughtfully set up so everyone had room to relax. It made our stay so much more comfortable compared to a standard hotel room. Overall, the combination of great customer service and the spacious, well-kept family suite made this a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling through Needles, especially families!"

"I honestly thought that I would be dealing with some decent humans especially since they agreed to make accommodations for me via phone when I found myself in an unfortunate situation, and I was extremely grateful, but when I arrived at the property, the older lady working front desk was so rude that she had me in tears within not even 10 minutes! She was very cold and condescending and I had the feeling that she didn’t approve of me and my girlfriend being lesbians and she also basically questioned me on my furbabies’ because she was convinced that they were out in a hot car with no air conditioning on and when I told her that they were fine and that they were in the air conditioning she argued with me and then she didn’t even give me the room that my mom had reserved for me!! She put me in a jenky, smelly, dive of a room that hadn’t even been cleaned yet! Trash can was full, no blankets or towels, something white and suspicious all over the mirror, not swept up or vacuumed, all I can say is save your money and go across the river to Laughlin to the casinos where you can get a room that’s actually clean and people are friendly "

"Great staff nice property has a restaurant onsite and convenience store. Huge pancakes, and they even had homemade croutons in salad which I asked for more on the side even the thought don’t normally like them. Can rent boats there and boat launch is connected to property.. Nice size rooms with Marina view microwave and full-size fridge. Definitely recommend this place "
