"Friendly staff"

"The room was clean, tidy and in good working order with wifi, tv and refrigerator. The room was a bit small, especially the bathroom. No bottled water provided which was the standard all over SE Asia (even in Laos). Overall, a good place to stay for the price. "

"the hotel was safe , front desk staffed with two or more people at all hours . rooms are small but you can easily walk around all sides of the bed . "

"The room had 2 very hard and SHORT single beds. No fridge and No wardrobe or safe which we have had in all the many Ibis Hotels we have stayed in. As we arrived by plane from Sydney very late at night we had to sleep there and booked a New Hotel for the rest of our stay. (We also discovered this is in a rough active "RED LIGHT" district. Very annoyed and disappointed but we will now check thoroughly any other future IBIS bookings. We were offered NO refund of the pre paid 2nd night."

"Great location and 17 minutes from Changi Airport by taxi. Convenient location that restaurants, convenient stores, gelato shops, massage shops and supermarket are within walking distance. Breakfast is provided with good variety of food. Cleaning staffs are efficient. Orange juice and cold drink vending machines located at the reception and near to the lift which were thoughtful. Comfortable bed. The shower room smells after having a hot shower which could be caused by the ventilation issues. Could hear people passing through the corridors all the time and insulation would need to be upgraded. "

"A lot of affordable Chinese and Indian restaurant in the area. Easy to take a bus down town, about 25 minutes. Unfortunately there were cockroaches in the bathroom . They came and sprayed the room immediately however ."
