"I will never stay at this hotel again. Let me list the issues—the air conditioner made a loud popping noise every time it cycled off!! Woke me up repeatedly. The pool was closed indefinitely since they can’t get the chemicals right. I called for a hairdryer as there wasn’t one and was told they would send one up—after 1 1/2 hours I called back and said never mind. The lighted mirror didn’t work in the bathroom. We used the gym but the fridge for water was of course empty—also no exercise mats were available. Lastly, and the least of everything was the water side view was obstructed by the extremely dirty windows. The staff were friendly but overworked and understaffed. It’s like the shell of the hotel was great but all the working parts were missing. Even in the elevator people were talking about how bad the hotel was. Sadly, I had to agree with them. Thankfully we were only here for one night. "

Noise: The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Service: The staff member serving breakfast was very rude and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of hygiene and poor service was unacceptable. I won’t be returning."
