Hidden away for exceptional privacy and set back from the street, this holiday home has been beautifully designed for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the everyday life.

Nestled in the heart of Killcare, this contemporary style, 3 level house offers the convenience of walking straight out your front door to the vibrant cafes and stunning still waterfront of serene Hardys Bay or only a short stroll to beautiful Killcare and Putty beaches.

The upper level is really something special, boasting an additional living space with its own private balcony and alluring water views across the calm waters of the bay, showcasing an array of boats and yachts as you sit and watch the sun go down.

* Heated saltwater swimming pool surrounded by tranquil tropical garden (3 days notice required to ensure pool is fully heated).

* Multiple outdoor entertaining and dining areas with Weber gas BBQ
* Open plan kitchen/dining/living area with deluxe lounge suite, smart TV and WIFI
* Gourmet kitchen includes dishwasher, induction cooktop, and coffee plunger with serving window onto deck
* 4 generous bedrooms with built in robes and ceiling fans
* 2 bathrooms. Main bathroom includes shower and spa bath
* Reverse cycle air-conditioning in living area, master bedroom and top floor retreat
* Upper level includes additional smart TV and leather lounge suite, private balcony with bar style table to seat 6, and captivating water views.
* Large internal laundry includes washer, dryer, additional shower and water closet
* Ample off-street parking for up to 4 cars

Location
Discover the picturesque and peaceful surroundings of Killcare and Hardys Bay, where a coastal lifestyle beckons. Explore pristine beaches, scenic bushland, and the Bouddi Coastal Walk, a local Favorite. Bouddi National Park, with its walking trails, mountain biking tracks, fishing spots, and idyllic beaches, provides a serene escape from the daily hustle.

Killcare house

Great house and pool. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Close to cafe and shops. Only real problem was the very steep driveway. The undersurface of our car (a sedan) scraped against the concrete each time it passed over the top of the driveway onto the footpath. In the end we had to park on the street.
