Comfortable bed. Spacious. I asked for the first floor and got it. Breakfast was yummy, but it is on the rooftop with no elevator. Great and safe location. Staff was stellar.

Clean and as expected! Staff was polite and professional. The room was cozy and a/c super cold. It was on the very edge of Polanco but still very walkable and centrally located. My only complaint is that it took a bit of tries to figure out the hot and cold water in the shower but figured it out.
