"Our stay wasn't good; the hotel was packed with people, which made it hard to do anything, especially at the pools, where there was no room to sit. And the most disappointing thing was that they didn't provide room cleaning service. Even though I went to speak with the staff, they never sent anyone, so we decided to leave the hotel early because we didn't like the service or the housekeeping. At one point, a staff member told me I had to send a text message to request housekeeping, and although I found it outrageous, I did so to see if they would actually follow through—but they still didn’t come. Another issue is that with the limited restaurant and activity options—which, on top of that, are very expensive within the hotel—you have to look outside the hotel for things to do and eat, so it doesn’t make sense to pay for a hotel like this just to have to go out and look for options. "

The staff is pleasant and accommodating- There is a tip jar- it felt good to show our appreciation. The rooms were clean and quiet. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Felt so nice after a day on the beach or shopping. There were fresh towels every day when we returned. We felt very pampered. Will definitely make Staybridge Suites a preferred place to stay!! "
