"Hotel is a bit old, but it's clean and in a good location. Maintenance is a bit poor and a couple of things didn't work (eg the plug for my sink was too small, so it didn't work). Biggest complaint is that I cut myself and asked reception for a bandaid, but they didn't have any. For a hotel of this size to not have one functional First Aid kit is a concern. Would hesitate to stay on this basis, as it suggests safety is not a priority for the hotel."

"Love love love this place! Room 751 with the jacuzzi in the living room was awesome and the staff accomodated every request possible. Jenny even assisted with securing our luggage so we could pick up somethings at MBK the next day. Nine also convinced us to look at another night for a great deal. This is our absolute favorite place to stay in BKK so far. Chris & Leah"

"Room was small i had to leave my wheelchair to get in the room, then had to push the chair outside so i could get to the bathroom. Had to negotiate with the roaches as to whos turn it was in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, staff were topnotch. "
