"After checking out, I went to visit a temple and realized I had left my wallet in the room. I had almost given up, but Ms. Fong at the front desk was very capable. As soon as I spoke with her, she made several calls. Luckily, my wallet was found between the beds. Ms. Fong went with me to the room, where my wallet was still lying, completely untouched. I gave a small tip to the housekeeping staff as a token of thanks. In the elevator, I asked Ms. Fong how I could thank her as well, but she firmly declined anything and asked only for a thank-you review on Expedia. So here it is! It was truly a miraculous find. I'm deeply grateful to both Ms. Fong and the housekeeping staff, and I highly recommend this hotel for its honest and efficient staff."
