Washroom is old, some dripping sound which is a little irritating, generally it takes a long time waiting for the lift (5-10min), in the morning, the lift doesn't always stop at the level we stay, not enough signs inside the mall /at BTS station to show directions to suites

My stay was excellent and I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting approximately from everything. One downside is breakfast ends at 10:30 which is normal. I got there at 10:10-10:15 and one of the staff did not like it and mentioned that it is now 10:30 which was not and even if, I already came before.

The washing machine washer dryer would not work. They had to replace it with another one that also didn’t work properly. You called it a washer dryer, but we had to dry her clothes in the lanai. One of the lights is burned out in the dining room. The cold water faucet in the bathroom would not work so that had to be replaced. I expected a lot better from Emporium. However, you were quick to address all of his problems and I appreciate that in your room please are very first rate.
