「Didn't know there was a pool. The floor in the motel room was very dirty and the bathroom was dirty the medicine cabinet needs to be cleaned out did not want to put my toothbrush in there and the shower could have been scrubbed too and cleaner shower curtain. The staff was over the top of helpful they were wonderful!」

「Location, location, location is what this place has going for it. It is within walking distance to downtown and the water front. With that being said, if you are looking for luxury or amenities or super clean... This is not the place for you. The flooring, wall color and shower were great but the fridge and freezer were dirty, the floor had oatmeal stuck to it, there was hair and dirt along the door tract and the walls and around the bed. 「I loved staying in this haunted castle hotel! The bad was there was no maid service on a two night stay and there was no soap or shampoo to use. We had to ask for soap. The hotel was cool with old pictures and stories from staff though.」
