「Hotel is a fabulous gem. Modern amenities but maintaining the character and history of the hotel. Luggage cart wheels were flat. Might not seem like a big deal until you try to use them! Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Great location.」

「Location was perfect for event we attended. The hardwood floors were really dirty made or white socks black, kitchen with no towels, ceiling fan in bedroom did not work, bathroom smelled really musty, shower was nasty, shower didn’t have proper shower curtain, shampoo dispenser was empty. One of the bedroom comforters had crusty white stains. There were not any hangers in either hall closets and no bedroom dressers. There also wasn’t any suitcase stands. Front desk area was out of k-cups before...

「Tiki Beach Resort. Road 2 Hours to Hotel to have owners claim that Hotels.com has scammer that is booking their resort without their knowledge. Said that cabin I paid for on Hotels.com was not available. The owners felt bad for me and were going to get me lodging. First, stating they were putting me in a nicer property closer to my destination. But ultimately provided a room in motel further from my destination and way less expensive than what I paid for. I thanked them for the offer. ...

「The room smelled like black mold. It didn’t look like or smell like the linen had been changed in months. We couldn’t sleep the 1st night. We went to Walmart to get Fabreze to spray down the bed, bedding, and room in general. When we asked for a clean blanket, we were told blankets weren’t available. We will never stay there again, nor at any Days Inn.」
