"Small, clean, very good for what was needed. Attached to main house - very minimal noise from residents. Lovely gardens. After heavy rains, owner took precautions to minimize puddles in pass through."

There were roack cockroaches the comforter has a cigarette burn marks on it no pictures on the wall no furniture in the room except for the bed and the TV in the stand it was on overall not a nice place to stay just needs a major overhaul
