「The building is in horrible shape but I won't blame the unit owner. The pool was a joke and the attached shopping(?) building was nearly abandoned. The unit could use some updating. 「Condo unit was very clean and adequate to serve as our home base for a Thursday to Sunday visit to Lake Winnipesaukee! The units are a little older but the check in was easy, everything was there in the unit, it was clean, the communication with renters was excellent! The pool and area where the grills are is very nice and clean. Everyone at the property was super friendly. Central location. Would stay here again. Great Visit!」

「The condo was basic, comfortable, and met our needs. The location is great and view is beautiful as we looked out onto the lake. Above the master bedroom, the ceiling seemed to be very thin as we could hear the people walking and it was very loud. Additionally, the hot water ran out about 5 minutes into the first person's shower. Even allowing it time to warm up, it would do so again.
