Bathroom/toilet: just functional. You get what you pay.

The room I had was quite tight - very little space around the bed, but spotlessly clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They even lent me a kettle as these are not provided as a matter of course in the rooms. The coffee bar did lovely coffee (& I'm fussy!). One free with a follow on instagram. I didn't have breakfast but the pastries I saw looked great. The location is very convenient for sightseeing in the city but down a quiet street. Best of both worlds

The Cabinn metro hotel does not store luggage for their customers, but provides locks for a fee. The locks even the big ones cannot hold an average checking luggage. We bought the last one, but despite that it was open, it was full of staff, probably someone who did not pay, but the staff did not want to remove the bags inside it, so we could not store our luggage as there were no more available locks and we had to wait for a room until checking instead of going to do sightseeing, not the purpose of a vacation. It is outrageously greedy not to provide free storage for customers. There is not enough locks for everybody and some are broken, but the hotel does not want to help even if it is their responsability to do so when their locks are full or broken.

Room was well laid out for single visitor. Microwave , fridge, a bath with shower and a single bed were all and everything that I needed. Guy at the desk when I checked in was kind of a jerk but everyone else seemed cool. The message about using the microwave for cooking food only was a little confusing. If they don't want you cooking microwave popcorn because it triggers the smoke alarm and a visit from the fire department they should say that in BLOCK LETTERS. A lot of people I know considered popcorn food.
