"The shower leaked water continuously on to the bathroom floor! The TV was dark and couldn’t be fixed. Surprised that I had to order a microwave because there wasn’t one in the room. Overall an ok experience "

"We had a wonderful time in Michelle’s condo and already booked for next February! The condo was very clean and loved the new furniture in the living area. She answered any questions we had quickly too. We have stayed in Naples Bay Resort for the last four years and the first time at Michelle’s and we loved it."

El único detalle fue que por salir apresurada a la playa dejé mi cadena con baño de oro en un cajon del baño, cuando regresamos ya habían hecho la limpieza y mi cadena ya no estaba. No deje tip para room service puesto que la persona ya se había cobrado. Una lástima que la gente no valore su trabajo y se expongan a ser despedidos. El hotel es excelente, sin duda volveré por tercera vez. "
