"Our room didn’t have windows, which is fine, but not apparent on the website. The hotel is busy and should focus on being one or two of the following, but not all… a hotel, store, coffee shop, climbing gym, skate park or co-working space. The area was cool and there is a great food hall within walking distance."

"The room was clean, but not appointed very nicely. the one chair had no arms and was frankly not comfortable. The bed was nice, and the pillows were very nice. The hot tub really helped my joint pain, but the floors were slippery and some of the metal covers nearby were corroded and rusty. The staff was a very nice young lady, or three of them in turn. All very nice. No complaints at al there. Breakfast was not great though. Bagels, cereal, fruits, so it was a "continental breakfast" whcih is fine except that the posting said free breakfast whic would typically contain scrambled eggs and sausage or some similar thing. Not here. Overall, I feel like they sort of "cheap out" where they can. I get that business is business, but if you want me happy the chairs need to have arms and the breakfast needs to have protein. Staff +=10 (very nice, very helpful). Room =7 (clean but thoroughly underwhelming and sort of small). Breakfast =3 (snack level only)."

"The property was fine. The rooms were fine. The pool was a bit cloudy and the hot tub was luke warm which was disappointing the worst part of the saty was the customers. In the room across from us two boys were making so much noise with a luggage cart at 1030pm that I started to go to the desk to complain but then the same boys thought it would be fun to play in the elevator so I went back to my room. On my way back the dad of said boys stuck his head out of his room, hollered down the hall - with a joint in his hand, and when the kids didn't answer he slammed the door shut. After I got back to my room and laid down again the couple next to us with toddler sized children let the children into the hall where mom said "go run your energy off" at 1045. So the kids ran and squealed and had a wonderful time. Im not anti kids, i have 3 who were with me, but I am anti bad parents and this facility was full of them."

"The staff was amazing all around, nice helpful etc. but the guy in the Lucky H bar put up with my boisterous family like a champ, he remembered our orders for like 15 people. just a star employee. nice lobby and cafe area, breakfast was great! the pools were awesome. and the rooms were spotless. 10/10 will be going again."
