"This was a comfortable, spacious, clean apartment with a well-appointed kitchen. We were in town for a horse show at the NRG Arena, and this location was very close - just 3 minutes away at non-peak traffic times. That sure was convenient when we had to come in late at night and leave early in the morning. We wish we had had more time to just relax in the apartment - the large living room would have been a great place to rest, if we could have. Maybe next year! We really hope to rent this same...

"We came into town for volleyball tournament at the NRG Center. This condo was within a 5 minute drive. Spacious bedrooms, large living room, washer and dryer, full kitchen. Gated community was a plus. "

"The location was perfect for us, we were able to get to zoo, children’s museum and other attractions without hitting Houston traffic. The apartment had toys and plastic ware for the kids, they loved. The communication was AMAZING, the host and very fast to respond and extremely helpful. If we come back to Houston I would book this place again for sure."

"Super cute place with thoughtful touches throughout! Free covered parking was appreciated, and laundry inside the unit was a nice bonus as well. Hosts were adequately responsive. The location was especially perfect for anyone in town for an event at NRG Stadium. We were able to walk there easily and safely."

"We went to Houston for the college classic baseball tournament and needed a spot for one night with friends. Location is better for NRG than downtown but the drive was only 15 minutes away. Not bad at all. Place was very clean and checkin directions very easy."

"When we arrived check it went smooth. The condo is luxury fresh and smelled so good. The host sent a list full of things to do in Houston. If we needed assistance she did not hesitate to answer any questions. You can’t go wrong with this property at all.!!"

"You can be as loud as you want, and no noise will escape the unit. It's well-decorated and has plenty of space to lounge. The music system is also amazing. Paul seems like a great guy, very personable and knowledgeable of the neighborhood."

"If you rent this property, you better stop for supplies first. because only the bare minimum is provided. No soap in the bathrooms. We had to use the liquid soap from the kitchen sink the first night to shower. There was no soap provided for the dishwasher, no paper towels or extra garbage bags or although the rules state the garbage should be disposed in the dumpster at the end of the hallway daily. "At first glance the apartment is “cute and clean”. Until you look closer and realize there’s roaches crawling from holes in the sink and running under the bed. I texted the host immediately and was told “That must have came in when the cleaners were cleaning they open the doors and windows! I’ve never seen that… what is that?!? I would either drown it or crush it with a napkin and throw it away!!!!” I tried to resolve the matter with Vrbo, they stated they could refund their service fee and...

"Nice quiet neighborhood; easy access to highway for food and shopping in Katy area. Owner was very responsive! Perfect for a short vacation in the Houston area!"

"I really like the location of this hotel. Walking distance to a major park and museums. It is apparently very dog friendly because I saw a lot of dogs during my stay. The only reason I did not give the property 5 starts is because I found the decor to be sort of weird. It’s dark and I’m not sure the vibe they are going for. Maybe Alice in Wonderland meets old Hollywood meets weird art on the walls. But to each their own. "
