"Never ate breakfast at the hotel so I can’t comment on that. Other than that everything went great, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, area around the hotel had PLENTY of dining options, there was a train station a minute away from the hotel…I have no complaints about the hotel aside from how cramped the restroom is but that is par for the course in Japan hotels I suppose!"

The location is very convenient, especially for visiting Disneyland, and the shuttle bus service made travelling to and from the park easy and stress-free. "The room was clean, the staff was amazingly friendly and helped us when we checked in with the itinerary and amenities. They explained to us the cleaning and towel instructions and we got the breakfast so they explained that as well. They helped us with Yamato luggage service for our suitcases. The bfast was fantastic with a different variety every day. The area was quiet and nice with the Tozai station only being a 5 minute walk which was super convenient. There was also a seven-11 and family mart less than 2 min walk. The rooms are a bit tight and the carpet is stained but overall great hotel!"
