"Food was amazing both evening and at breakfast. A special Thank You to Yuki and another young man who I don’t remember his name, they went above and beyond to help my husband and I with a transportation problem that we were having. We did not have transportation to the Tokyo port. His recommendation was to go back to the airport by their free shuttle and get two bus tickets to a drop off point near the port and we would have a brief walk to the Ship. This not only saved me over $200.00 USD for a Taxi ride but it became a really nice bus ride. They deserve more than a praise from us Please. Our Thanks and we will return again soon Lisa and Kevin Heide"

"Traveling by car, we found the spacious parking lot to be a major advantage. Our room was clean, and the public bath provided the perfect way to unwind. We received exceptional customer service from the front desk team, with a special mention to Mr. Shusei Ando, who made our check-in process smooth and efficient. As it was our family’s first time visiting Sawara, we were eager to try a local Japanese restaurant for dinner. Mr. Ando’s recommendation was the perfect choice and a wonderful way to end our day. And the buffet breakfast the following day was a great way to fuel up before heading out on our long road trip."
