The modern, stylishly furnished holiday home Nantucket, located directly on the marina on the western pier of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz and with a view of the Schleim estuary, offers a pinch of New England flair with successful accents. A separate entrance area leads to the spacious living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the large terrace with a full view of the marina. The living area offers plenty of space inside and out or by the cosy wood-burning stove for socialising throughout the day. The
fully equipped kitchen provides the desired comfort.
On the first floor, a double bedroom with a view of the resort's marina and a bedroom with two single beds and a view of the Schlei promise relaxing tranquillity and pleasant dreams. The full bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower adds to the cosiness. The highlight of the holiday home Nantucket awaits on the second floor. Here you will find a customised Finnish sauna with shower, a studio with sleeping space for two more adults and the impressive roof terrace for an all-round wellness experience. Cosily surrounded by a wooden frame, with a sweeping view of the harbour, Schlei and Baltic Sea, you can experience and enjoy lasting moments in comfortable lounge furniture at any time of day.
Another plus point is the guest WC on the ground floor.
There are two car parking spaces in front of the house. And those travelling with bicycles can park them conveniently in their own storage room directly in front of the house.
The Nantucket holiday home is one half of the house.

Due to the houses under construction, the outdoor area and the building density can change constantly and deviate from the photos shown. The rental price is already calculated on the basis of this construction situation, further discounts are excluded.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to three pets are allowed.
