Poor instruction for check in, you need to pay cash deposit, which they didn’t mention beforehand. Room towel was also not given enough, but they did send it after we asked for it
But the view and location was very nice

What an unexpected and pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be! The suite in the residence had amazing views of downtown KL. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms all had bidets with warmed seats. The elevators were fast and very secure too. Parking was super easy. We will definitely ...
