設備陳舊不更新，冰箱整晚嗡嗡叫，電燈只能全開跟全關，床鋪硬，又比床板小，容易絆倒，唯一就是服務人員好

非常糟糕的住宿體驗
非常糟糕的住宿環境，房間一堆灰塵，電風扇葉片一層厚厚的灰，冷氣室外機晚上噪音大到不行，好像戰車在旁邊走，溫泉浴缸的木作結構壞了歪外斜斜也不維修，好像一間沒人整理維護的旅館，房間内煙味超重，退房2天後，包包都還卡了，很重的煙味
