This is a great hotel. This is our fourth stay there in seven years. The room is spacious, well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were professional and helpful, accommodating our requests fast and accurately! We will definitely stay there again next time when we visit Kaohsiung.

It's an older hotel....it's really nice and clean.Its also very comfortable...only problem is check out time (on the weekend) with only two elevators and it took over 20 minutes to get to Lobby from 16th floor.

Though this is an old hotel, I extremely enjoy it's quietness and cleanliness. The bed is comfortable. The hotel made up the bed for me everyday promptly when I was out. The room is also spacious. The only downside is that the hotel is old and need renovation.

The staff was excellent and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Meals at the restaurants were wonderful creations of tastes and smells. The property is older but well maintained especially the room. Staffs are helpful and courteous. I did find it odd that the hallway carpet wasn't replaced sooner. It is wrinkled and worn thin. Not even a high cost item to replace, relatively.

Staff helpful, room’s clean but carpet a bit old and wear. Always a strange and unpleasant smell gathered at the guest entrance lift lobby. We stayed there for 6 days and it was there every day.

This hotel has amazing value for money. Unlike many TW hoyels, the room is huge with bath tub and large bath room and it is already good value for money. Room deco and interior is out dated. Probably early 2000s or late 90s. But if you are into retro or old style deco, like myself, you will love it. Hotel seems have a Gym and a Pool but seems like been close for years and possibly that is why you can not see the picture of it from Expedia page.

Simple yet comfy

Convenient, clean and comfortable overall. However, it's dated and lacks some simple items such as usb charge port in rooms. However did enjoy my stay and the daily breakfast which as delicious. Would return again.
