Good location. Reasonable price. We stayed for 3 nights in a twin room at level 10. There was loud drilling noise from 8.30am onwards on two mornings. Housekeeping did not sweep/vacuum the floor even though we requested for daily making up of the room; only new towels and toiletries were provided each day. Hotel-provided bedroom slippers were thrown away daily and there was one day when it was not replenished.

凌晨五點火災警報突然大響 住在10樓從10樓衝下去 整個飯店人都擠在大廳 弄半天才廣播說有人在房間抽菸抱歉 出來玩睡眠品質都被破壞隔天整天都頭超痛驚魂未定 更不用說對於有高血壓心臟病身心疾病的人 唯一值得肯定的是隔天早餐雖然供餐到9.30 但應該是大家晚上都沒睡好至少到9.多進去都還有在補菜 入住民眾素質需要再加強

Staff were brilliant - especially the night duty.

If/when things were not perfect, the desk staff went out of their way to help. Also, good location (5 mins. walk to central business + bus + metro stations). River 15 mins. away.
