This hotel set the new standard for my wife to travel to Japan now. It is sit right below Inuyama castle and the hot spring is just perfect after all day out. It's garden (free with room key) is relaxing and tea ceremony (600Yen) was great. The hotel is well designed and the breakfast set (5000 pp) is well worth it. Excellent boutique hotel. It was beautiful inside and very intimate. The little cafe was cozy and had snacks all day long plus coffee and tea. There is a private onsen and little garden. Love these properties. They all are the same so you know what you get. The beds are soooo comfy! There is good coffee, tea, and miso soup packet 24 hours a day. It was extremely clean. My only thing I didnt like is they lock the AC at 23 and it was so warm i couldn’t sleep. The next day they unlocked it for me and i slept perfectly. Staff was very polite. Wifi worked well, shower pressure was great. They also have breakfast set deals at a nearby restaurant , but i saw it too late to use it.

The room is a repurposed office, so the shape is a little unusual having a full window as the wall facing the road. This is covered by a curtain. If you need to sleep in total darkness, it may be a little uncomfortable. The curtain blocked the light enough for us to sleep comfortably though.
