可児郡のホステル

「This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. I accidentally booked a women-only room. I contacted the staff, explained the situation, and was told that it would be okay to change the room to a couple’s room if I paid an additional ¥2,000. Later, I contacted the staff again to ask about a late check-in, and I was told that checking in at midnight would be okay. However, when we arrived at the property around 11:00 PM, there was no staff available. I called the staff, but...

「Everything was very clean and the staff were helpful in checking me in. I let them know in advance I would be late and they guided me. It was also useful to have a convenience store nearby.」

「連泊でしたがとても親切にしていただきました！ 快適に過ごせて感謝です。 ありがとうございました！」

「スタッフの方が丁寧に対応してくれました。 」
