「Since there are only staff in the daytime, C/I and C/O are unmanned Since there is no elevator, it is very difficult to go up and down the narrow stairs with luggage There is a table, but there is no chair Shower door was broken, shower room was very wet Wifi was frequently disconnected and not usable」

「こじんまりとしたアットホームなホテルでした。スタッフがとても親切で、一人旅でも安心できました。近くにバス停があり、フェリーターミナルも徒歩10分以内にあり、交通の便利もいいです。部屋もベッドも広くてゆったりできました。テラスがあって、テーブルと椅子があるので、そこでコーヒーを飲みながらゆったりするのも気持ちいいです！　あと、近所に有名な人気ベーカリーがあり、そこでクロワッサンを買うのが楽しみでした。おすすめの素晴らしいホテルです！」

「私はあまり英語を喋ることは出来なかったが、スタッフはとても優しく接してくれた。キッチンの設備も整っていて凄い便利だった。色んな国の人が泊まっていて話しかけられるので、英語で話したい人は泊まると良い。また、話したくなくてもそういうを察してくれるので全然問題ない。またカンガルーポイントは、歩きでギリギリ歩きで繁華街のあるクイーンズストリートやANZACスクエアまで行ける。自分は歩き慣れているし風景も楽しめる場所なので苦にはならなかった。とにかくフレンドリーで親しみやすい印象だった。」

「We had a few hiccups to start. Apartment had been refurbished but not properly equipped. But overall they were quick to correct some issues and took on board other issues that need to be rectified. We enjoy staying here」
