The manager came out and said we could leave tomorrow if we wanted but we can't get our money back. There was zero attempt at service recovery. None of them bothered to ask what we found lacking and if there was anything they could do to make it better. I have stayed in multiple other Japanese business hotels but none with staff as rude as Court Hotel. Bad service, tired rooms, poor ventilation, and weak aircon – do yourself a favour and just stay somewhere else. "
