RESORT DISCLOSURE: Westin Hapuna Beach family pool renovations occurring May-June 2024. Mauna Kea Resort has renovations occurring April - Dec 2024. Work is done in phases. Owner has no control over the resort renovations/plans. These renovations are not near the property (no noise) but may potentially limit some resort access.
CONVENIENT: Minutes away from the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops, where you can find groceries, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and entertainment. While many guests choose never to leave the property and resort, there is so much more to explore on the Big Island of Hawaii and we're happy to help with recommendations.

TRANSPORTATION: A car is recommended. Parking is available in the resident parking lot or Westin Hapuna Beach valet or parking garage.

IMPORTANT: Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
LARGE GROUPS: If you are traveling with multiple families and want to be together in the same building, we can coordinate with other owners to help find similar accommodations.
