"I rarely write reviews but I really need to warn others. I am willing to edit this rating if there are concrete improvement plans.
Unfortunately it was a very frustrating ordeal to get the key. The manager sent me the contact info of who to alert before I arrived. However, once I arrived, she was not present. I called the manager and he said "someone will be there soon." After waiting some time, a Grab driver delivered us with the key. But he had no instructions of how to enter the building....

"The location is really good and connected to the mall easy access but the room so stain and the bunk bed they provide unsafe to put kids on it shaking. No extra bed sheets in the room & wasn’t clean from the previous visitors when we check in"
