「Thank you Hong! This is my first reservation on Vrbo, but Hong was very polite and quick reply on messages, so I was not worried at all. We changed the numbers of travelers halfway, and Hong was willing to respond, thank you very much! The room was bigger than I thought and my friends they all were particularly satisfied. Next time I still want to stay here!」

「The place is comfortable and clean for our group of eight adults. The rooms are quiet so we could all sleep well. The floor plan works great for our two families, with one set of bathroom on the first floor and one set on the second floor, we never feel crowded. JR stations are within walking distances. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Tokyo.」

「Very well located to the bus station and a short walk to the subway. The stairs might be a bit strenuous for those who have to go all the way to the top floor, but there was plenty of space for luggage.」

「We expect that the host provide tea and coffee, sugar since all properties that we rented in the US provide them. Not convenient for the guest to buy those little things since we only stay couple nights.」

「Overall, our stay was disappointing. Apartment was clean with close access to trains but host never bothered to tell us the place was located right in the middle of Korea Town which is not what we would want for a once in a lifetime stay in Toyko! Check in was terrifying after 20 hours of travel as the host neglected to inform us the key lock code was changed. Lots of difficulty regulating the heat and host was not as helpful with that as we would have expected. Never responded when we said we...

「JR 御徒町駅からちょっと歩くがそこまで遠い距離じゃない。」

「今回３泊4日の日程でお世話になりました。（家族4人） スタッフの方々は、どの方も丁寧で分からない事は優しく説明してくださり感謝しかありません。セキュリティも完璧でしたね。施設も綺麗で良かったです。また泊まりたいと思いました。 ただ一つ残念な点は、朝食が3日間同じだった事です。さすがに飽きますね。 あと、しゃもじが炊飯器の中に入れてあることが謎でした。普通はフライ返しやお玉、スプーンや箸が入れてある所に置くべきですね。 しゃもじが無いと思ってスプーンでご飯をよそいました。 出発の日、たまたま炊飯器を開けてみたらしゃもじが、、、。もっと早く炊飯器の中を開ければ良かったです。 でも、それを除けば最高でした。バスタオル等も最初から３日分用意してあって嬉しかった。洗濯洗剤もあって良かった！ また是非利用させて頂きます。 今回はありがとうございました。」
